I Know Nothing and Nothing Lasts Forever

I know nothing and nothing lasts forever. Do I say more, my ignorance is in abundance and I am happy to know that I do not know. I just learned that knowing nothing is a blessing. You do not look something from your point of view but look at it as it is. Never use your opinion to assess who is, what is, where is, why it is – it will add to the confusion and will add layers of misinformation based on your knowledge of someone or something and not how someone or something is actually. What we think is our problem, who they are might be entirely different from what we perceive them to be.

Just keep your heart open and mind wide open than the heart – you will feel emancipated with what reaches you. You will be liberated by the chain of your own thoughts which shackled your life for ages. We give our “ remote” to others and they push our buttons to make us happy and to make us sad. We look without and not within. We lack the ability to make ourselves happy, how lamenting is that. We depend on others for happiness. Do you think I know it, no I know nothing? I just learned it by not knowing it. It is an experience that teaches you and teaches you by slapping or clapping. Experience slaps you to learn from negative results and claps to commend you that you achieved the right outcome. If you do not enjoy your solitude, you are in miserable company – if you cannot be happy in your own company- how would you be happy in others’ company or others in your company?

Life is experience happening every moment. We cannot control everything happening outside us, can we? If we cannot even have control over our thinking, how can we control something outside us? We try to fix the situations around us, but what we should be doing is to fix ourselves. Don’t fix anything that is not broken – fix that is. I tried fixing myself and realised I was not broken, just had a few cracks here and there. I filled up the cracks, now I know why people sometimes call other people “CRACK”.

Reading this you would say I am full of myself,  no I just filled up the tiny cracks – it is the wholesome feeling, I am still hollow – hollow like ‘The Dead Sea’ or ‘Challenger Deep in Mariana Trench’ without water. Did you know that the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench is the deepest known point in Earth’s oceans? The depth of the Challenger Deep is  10,994 meters (36,070 feet) below sea level. If Mount Everest were placed at this location it would be covered by over one mile of water. Hence the highest mountain can actually drown in the deepest point on this earth if transported to that point. So intelligence no matter how vast we have will always fall short in front of our ignorance. Ignorance will snack on our intelligence and intelligence can never be able to fill the hollow of our ignorance. The more we know, the more we will get aware of our ignorance. More knowledge is not more intelligence – more knowledge is more ignorance- only then you seek the answers to your questions which when answered open the whole plethora of more questions – it is unending hunger for knowledge.

If you think you know, I bet you don’t – did I just say I know that you don’t know – how ignorant I am that I think I have the intelligence to know that you do not know. Maybe you also know that you don’t know.

Happy Ignorance and Happy Knowing.

Unknow everything before you know something.

Delve deeper and you will know how deep is our ignorance.

I just finished writing something I did not know 🙂

  4. Yes, we need to learn staying happy in today’s complicated world. I know you for few years and have seen you really staying happy all the times, no matter whatever is the situation. I don’t see this as an article but a life experience, shared with the world.
    God bless all.

    1. Thanks Puneet. Have a good day ahead!!!

  7. Knowledge is a means for achieving greater good and is not a commodity. If looked at in this way, little knowledge is also good knowledge being used purposively. If viewed as a product, ignorance is overwhelming
