Jimi Hendrix once said, “When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.”

I wish that each one of us could understand the power of truth behind this simple quote. It is so amazingly true. But is the power of love in this world not enough at the moment to defeat the love of power? Is love less in this world or power is less that everyone is trying to grab it.

But for whom ? Those who are fighting for it are dying and also those who are dying never fought for it. Some are killing because they love their goal so much that they forget that the thing they are loving by sacrificing so many lives would not matter in the end. Because nothing would last if everything keeps on going at this pace.

There is complete devastation around us, homes are turned into rubbles and lives of humans does not matter to us anymore. Are we ready to live on the foundation built on the millions of  dead bodies. Can we build our homes on top of that? Can we ever think of peace and teach peace when we build our future on violence and atrocities? Can we stop it for a moment, look back and start again? Can we please!

Is killing the only way to live today. Living is worse than being dead for many !

If anyone gives me power to change anything in this world, I would take away the power in anyone’s hand to take anyone’s life.I learnt God created us but I am learning we are going to destroy this world forever, does that include GOD as well.
